ALL Boarding reservations require a FULL Deposit upfront for the stay.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you decide to cancel. So please be sure your travel plans are set in stone before making the commitment to reserving a kennel space for your fur babies.
Grooming
ALL Grooming appointments require a $25/dog (Non-Refundable should you decide to cancel) deposit to hold your appointment slot. For full details on grooming pricing please give us a call at 260-637-0798 to get an estimate on pricing. Prices vary depending on breed, size, coat, and condition of the dog. ALL grooming/bath & brushouts include the bath, haircut if getting a full groom or brushout if just a bath and brushout, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and spritz of doggy cologne when done.
Spa Package!

Our spa package is an additional service that you can choose to add onto your fur baby's day at the spa.
It includes: Your choice of specialty shampoo & conditioning treatment. Teeth brushing. Nail grinding. Your choice of either anal gland expression or paw balm.

De-matting & Undercoat Charges
Prices vary per dog
Undercoat: When brushing, we may encounter excess hair. Depending on severity & the time that it takes will determine how much of an upcharge there is. Some dogs have a little undercoat & only have an charge of $5-$15 for undercoat. Whereas with some other breeds we may encounter more severe undercoat and it may be an upcharge of $20-$50+
Matting: Same rules apply with matting. If matting is too severe, we might not be able to brushout the knots without having to resort to shaving them out.
